Chairman's Report - January 2012
It was a pity
that there were not more of you at the December meeting held at the Queen B pub, you missed out on an excellent spread laid
on by the pub, those of us that were there enjoyed the evening very much.
I hope all of you had a merry Christmas and I wish you
all a happy and prosperous new year.
As you might have expected December was a fairly quiet month apart from the F.B.H. council meeting where several
matters were discussed involving the hobby. It looks like 2012 could be a busy year in this quarter, and we will keep you
all posted as matters progress.
During this year as far as our club is concerned, we are still looking for a new venue to hold our meetings.
I would also like to hear from you as to possible activities, talks, visits that you would like to see the club undertake.
Please let me or any other committee member know of your ideas.

Monthly Newsletter
LIBRARY
We have an extensive book and
video library. So extensive that it is impossible for our librarian to bring the whole collection to meetings. A list is available.
Please ask the Librarian (Graeme Drummond) to see it. Anything you select will be delivered to you at the next meeting. You
have it on loan for one month. Please be warned of the following rules:-Library Books or Videos which you have borrowed must be returned at the next meeting. If
you are not attending that meeting please telephone the Librarian or return via another member. Failure will render you to
a £1 per item per month fine.
IMPORTANT
NOTICES
If you received a membership renewal notice in the last three months
and have not renewed your membership this will be the last newsletter you will
receive.
Members
are reminded that they cannot make statements, verbally or in writing, about issues relating to or involving E.R.A.C. as representatives
of E.R.A.C. unless they have been authorised to do so by an officer or committee member of E.R.A.C
.
NEW
MEMBERS
Over the past couple of months, over 90% of membership
renewals/ new memberships have paid their subs by PayPal. Please make sure you send your membership form to the membership
secretary.
We need a new Membership Secretary! If anyone is interested in taking on this role,
please contact any Committee member.

No actual re-homings this month.
